Booking training sessions is simple. Just follow the three steps below and we will take care of the rest!

 To ensure availability, please contact us 4-6 weeks in advance of your preferred training session date(s). You can either phone us toll free at (866) 403-2148, Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:00, PST, or submit your information using our convenient booking form. A Lakeshore representative will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your session(s).
2. Please provide the following information:
  Title(s) of training session(s)
  Requested training date(s)
  Training site address and phone
  Contact person/emergency phone
  Size of your group
  Purchase order (if applicable)
3. Submit purchase order or check made payable to:

1 Session (2 hours) $49/person
2 Sessions (4 hours) $59/person
3 Sessions (6 hours) $69/person
Based on 50 person minimum*/75 maximum/1 trainer/1 day.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
Need to reschedule a training session? We’ll do all we can to accommodate your needs! If you should need to cancel a session, please give us 30 days notice or a cancellation charge will be applied.
